Ecological food

Groovy Food has allways used organic ingredients and product which follows our food philosophy so we also offer a complete eco-menu. We source our ingredients from reputable ecological suppliers and local ‘krav’ producers when possible.

Groovy Food’s meat is supplied by ‘Gröna Gårda’ a krav approved company. Their happy cows live in Örust & Bokenäs living a grass only diet. Salad & vegg supply depends on season availability from krav suppliers. We source our ‘dry’ ingredients from Markatta & all breads & cakes are baked by us from scratch.

For us, quality organic product means we know what goes into the food and therefore, we know it is better for us and the enviroment.

Groovy Food can create ‘normal’ menus with eco-product which are developed subject to seasonal availabilty.
